Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Great book, but requires adult participation   October 4, 2007

Our two year old is completely consumed with trucks and cars. The book is great for that. However, he doesn't understand the concept of flip ups on the pages, so he tends to tear them. For that reason, I need to review the book and pages with him. Otherwise, he'd have the pages ruined within a short period of time. He is not a distructive little boy. He's quite gentle. It's just the flip portions tend to get torn. So, I read this book with him and do not leave it out for him to peruse on his own. The pictures really hold his attention. We are using it to help him learn his colors. It also works well as an interactive "truck book." It adds variety since it's not out all the time for him.
