Customer Reviews:
You need a lathe and a Tig welder to make this silencer.March 18, 2005 7 out of 9 found this review helpful
The author states this right up front. He has no control over what the editors put in the ad-blub. He says the same thing in the book on making a can for the Mini-14. He says to do your learning on a .22, and to read his .22 "can-book" FIRST. This man's designs work just as he says that they do. If you are not a machinist and a welder, of course you can't follow the instructions in this book. It would help to be an accomplished gunsmith, too.
All crap all the timeJanuary 3, 2004 5 out of 18 found this review helpful
Poorly written with difficult to follow instructions that involve poor techniques and designs.
