| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description November 11th, 2041 Nobody celebrates Veteran's Day anymore. Victor Sheppard is an old man in a new world. He remembers a time prior to the War of the Third World, when cops still carried guns and there was a ghetto in every city. All that's history now. The third world no longer exists. A new age of peace and equality has begun, but it didn't come cheap. Millions of people died and the world is a better place, but nobody remembers why. Haunted by his dead comrades, Victor decides to do the one thing he thought he'd never do: Spill his guts.

| Customer Reviews:
a winner! July 18, 2008 American Terror is a winner, not only as an action adventure, but as a political musing. Steve Kanaras (BrokenFrontier.com)
...the message is delicately unfolded in front of your eyes through great storytelling and exceptional artwork. Optimus Douche (Aintitcool.com)
This is a pretty bang-up start for a new title. Between the sense of mystery maintained throughout, the great hazy visuals, and the strong sense of personality from our man-of-few-words protagonist, it just serves to casually draw the reader in. Alex Haas (IndyComicReview.com)
Alterna Comics has published an interesting book with a very convincing plot and is deserving of a read. If you are craving something different than the normal superhero books this may be right up your alley. Robert Tacopina (ComicBookAddict.com)
Alterna Comics has something that sounds interesting on page 204: American Terror Volume 1: Confessions of a Human Smart Bomb (phew!). It takes place in 2041, in a new age of peace and equality, but no one remembers why so many people had to die to make it that way, until one old man decides to tell what he knows. It's an intriguing idea that could work very well. Greg Burgas (ComicBookResources.com)
The story is where this title shines as it successfully immerses you in the characters back story and by the end you will undoubtedly leave wanting more, and anticipating the follow up chapters. Leroy Green (ProjectFanboy.com)
