Product Description
This book gives readers an inspirational thought and a useful tool — an original affirmation — to be read each day. Each entry has a heading, a short message or meditation, and an affirmation. Readers not familiar with Gawain’s work can refer to the glossary and index for more clarity. A new introduction by the author and a new contemporary design are also featured.

Wonderful statements June 4, 2006 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
The statements you'll find in this book can help you decide where you want to go in your life. You can either randomly pick one per day and meditate on it, or read the book as if someone was talking to you and confront your view of the world with what you read. In any case, serious reading will force you to learn a lot about yourself.
A personal favorite May 28, 2002 9 out of 10 found this review helpful
I've had this book since I was in college and I still find it to give me a lift- It's a classic for personal growth and for all of us who seek to live the best life we can.
Fabulous daily readings that can change your outlook on life December 9, 1998 17 out of 17 found this review helpful
Given to me as a gift, this book changed (for the best!) my outlook on life. Since reading this book, I've become a fan of the author and and most everything I've read from her so far. This book really does make you realize how important your outlook is on yourself, the world around you, and how you can change it for the better.
