Condition: 1938 hardcover edition. Inside pages of this book are good. Cover shows a lot of wear in the following ways: spine is peeling and missing much of the upper top half. Book looks like previous owner's dog was gnawing at the top spine and cover. The inside pages were only affected at the very top for about 35 pages. Binding loose - cover is detatching from the rest along the spine. However, a very readable copy. Quick shipping from NJ
