From the supplier: The design of a general purpose simulator for modeling operating policies in manufacturing cells was described. The proposed methodology, based on object-oriented design and analytical methods, proved effective in simulating the operation of Dual Resource Constrained systems. It also allows quick development of models for various policies and configurations. Possible additional enhancements for the simulator are implementation in an object-oriented language and the inclusion of graphics and debugging features.
