Comments: 1937 Modern Age Paperback book. RARE! Bumped corners. Pgs tight, unmarked (tanned). A few pgs have small creases at corners, and the cover. Not ex-lib. Edges tanned/soiled/water stain (small) at top first half of book but does not go down the pages enuff to cover any text or pictures. Pages 17/18 have a tear from the top down about 4 inches still all there. Small 2 inch tear on back cover from top down. cover has stains/chipping/bends/fading/ just like a used book would.
