| Customer Reviews:
Top of the Line November 28, 2007 The Viper SS has every thing I look for in a climbing stand. Solidly constructed, light and easy to pack into the woods - the shoulder straps and interlocking platform design is especially nice. Once in the woods it's easy, and quiet, to set up. The seat is comfortable enough to sit in for 5 hours without a problem and is easily adjustable. I've used the stand with a bow, muzzleloader and rifle. For bowhunting the bottom platform is big enough to achieve a solid shooting stance. The gun rest is a bit low for a tall hunter shooting from the seat, depending on the angle of the shot, but this a minor issue. I have 2 of these stands, one for me and the other for my son, we have used them often and treated them roughly (banged around in the back of the truck, dragged through briar thickets ect.) no complaints - worth every penny. One more thing, always wear a harness!!
