Product Description This manual retains the popular three ring binder format and has been modernized with new cartridge information, histories and reloading recommendations. New bullets, new cartridges and new powders make this manual a necessity in every reloader's library.

Sierra loading book August 26, 2007 1 out of 4 found this review helpful
Great book if you only load manufactured bullets. it would be better if it would list lead rounds data and more data on other powders but it is for the Sierra bullet manufacture and not a complete loading book.
Most everything you need to know January 6, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
One of the best manuals for reloaders I have seen to date. The binder type layout makes it easy to open to a certain page and stay there without hassle. I am mainly a pistol shooter, and found a lot of good information there. The only thing lacking was a page for 9X23 Winchester, but data from 38 Super can generally be used for that cartridge although it would be somewhat weaker. That said, everyone should have more than one reloading manual on hand, because no two of them completely agree. Differences in bullet construction and hardness vary significantly enough from the various manufacturers to make it necessary to have other references specific to the bullet type you choose. For a variety of powder types and completeness of data, This Sierra manual and the one from Speer have the most useful information on full power pistol loads as well as reduced power loads for various purposes.
I only gave it 4 stars because I think they should provide the means so they could offer updates for new powders and provide pages to users when those are analyzed, and because of the lack of 9X23 data. Still, it is a "must have" manual.
