Hungry Girl September 7, 2008 This is a great cook book all the recipes I have tried have been great!!!Even my husband and picky son-in-law liked them they couldn't even tell I was using Fiber One cereal!!! So glad my friend told me about it. It came very quickly and in great condition too!!
Thanks for such a great healthy cook book!!!

Great book! September 6, 2008 This book is filled with great recipies that taste good and are easy to make. Not to mention... most of them don't required tons of ingredients or ingredients that you don't already have around your house.
Great book! I'm ready for a part II!!!
Hungry Girl Recipes and Survival Strategies for Guilt-Free Eating in the Real World September 5, 2008 I really like this book. I am currently on Weight Watchers. Has some great recipes and helps me "defat" some of my old ones. Worth the money and I received it promptly and it was in excellent shape.
Good Cookbook September 5, 2008 The book has some good recipes but i feel that it is lacking in variety and a lot of the recipes are really everyday items that you would make without the cookbook. I think the recipes on the website are just as good and free
No longer a Hungry girl.. September 5, 2008 Im a big fan of this book! My favorite thing about it is the recipes are almost all designed to be one serving. I hate nothing like finding a lowfat/lowcal recipe that is only low fat because the serving is so small you need 4 to fill up. These recipes are made for real people, who are really hungry. Im not currently on weight watchers, but its also a great book for anyone on that diet. I have been on weight watchers before and these recipes are mostly all high in fiber low in points. The ONLY thing i would change about this book to make it better? I would add more pictures. But then again you can find them all online on the website.. and for the price you cant beat it.
