Just purchased the new 2008 edition to replace the 2001 edition that is dog-eared and well-used. This is the definitive guide for finding what you need about just about every movie ever written. We've never been skunked when looking for information, and this has a handy place on the side table for crossword puzzles, movie trivia, or for those "what movie was she in?" conversations.

After seeing this book at a local Borders I put it on my Christmas list. Incredibly, this is the size of a New York phone book. The book has all that you need to make accurate decisions to fill your Netflix or Blockbuster list.I like the extensive list of cross references such as actors in every film they appeared in, directors films, etc. The reviews are quite accurate and fairly judged. If you have the room in your home library for a 'phone book', go out and purchase this movie review guide.
