A necessary addition to the first volume.September 23, 1998 9 out of 14 found this review helpful
This is a great addition to the first edition. The author also includes his favorite pressure points. I think these pressure points are the most useful to know. Great book.
A excellent reference book.September 23, 1998 9 out of 11 found this review helpful
This book along with its companion "The Encyclopedia of Dim Mak" are excellent reference material for those wishing to learn more about both the damage and healing which this art can be used for.
Similar books by martial artists such as George Dillman do not come close to cataloging this information in such a complete fashion. Rather, they concentrate on techniques in which the points may be used to take down an adversary.
A exellent companion piece to the Dim Mak encyclopedia.September 15, 1998 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
Mr. Montaigue's companion volume to the Dim Mak encyclopedia is a welcome addition to his outstanding series of Dim Mak titles. This book covers point strikes to the extraordinary meridians (covered in TCM theory), as well as additional information concerning the medical effects of point strikes to the human body.
