Excellent background for Energy Medicine May 3, 2008

The Energy Medicine Kit is good on its own, but even better with Donna Eden's book, Energy Medicine. The kit's DVD allows you to see the movements -- and use in practice -- during an actual audience session. I have attended a presention by Donna Eden and I have to say that the DVD is very true to her session in person. For those who are interested in exploring energy this is a great asset.

The quick and easy tapping exercises in Donna Eden's Energy Medicine Kit have consistently resulted in better sleep, an easier time of going to sleep, lifted depression, cleared my mind, increased memory, energized my body in a non-stressful, non impactful way, increased coordination, increased my ability to understand instructions, information and conversations without getting muddled or distracted, and cleared emotional distress and stress. I am astounded by their simplicity and quick application. The easy to follow DVD and CD are clear and concise. This product is not only for those who are energy sensitive, but effective for anyone wanting to feel more centered, less vulnerable, less stressed, renewed, clear minded and clear hearted. If 10 stars were available, I would give it 10 stars. In only a few minutes of doing her 5 Thumps 'enercizes', my entire attitude, emotional state and physical well being shifts into joy, groundedness and calm vitality. The DVD and CD include most of what is on her Youtube videos, plus others that are not on the videos. Much to my surprise, the exercise of spinning the included crystal brings a great sense of peace and calmness. The Amazon price is excellent. A great gift to humanity and for anyone longing for a greater feeling of well-being.

kit packed with various items such as the crystal ,one dvd,one cd and a booklet. haven't read or done the whole energy process to tell ya if it works but all i can say now if you are a beginner this kit is it and worth the research money!

This is the most comprehensive, easy to use and understand information I have come across in the energy therapy field. I have read and viewed many books and DVD's on this subject and this is the best in my experience. Donna gives so very much of herself and of her experience and training and the cost is minimal! I recommend this kit to everyone, whether you are a new to this information or a seasoned practitioner of energetic therapies. This information is valuable for everyone who wishes to keep themselves and their loved ones healthy, alert, and happy. One can and should use the exercises demonstrated here each and every day just to stay balanced and well. I am amazed at the amount of information and I appreciate the joy with which it is offered.
