A great guide to eating healthier when you go to out January 18, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this because I am an avid reader of Men's Health and it is a great guide if you frequently eat out. Making simple swaps at fast food joints or themed restaurants can help you avoid unwanted calories and fat. It also helps in choosing alternative foods that you can substitute. Great guide, highly recommended.

The book is very informative and handy for a very quick reference. I just wish it was purse or pocket sized.
Eat this not that January 18, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Excellent book with many little known statistics. Its fun and I'm already forming a new way to eat on the run. The choices are plain to see.
Excellent book of choices. January 18, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Excellent book, very easy to understand, and quite an eye opener! Appears to be well researched, very handy to just keep in the car while traveling. Plan on purchasing one for each of our kids for Christmas next year, they all want our copy!
counting our calories January 18, 2008 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
We eat out alot. Fast food mainly. Menu descriptions and pictures can be so tantalizing. This book has given us so many tips and now that we are more aware of what to swap out the scale is starting to show some minuses.
The cover is a bit over the line but the author gets the message across in an entertaining way that will keep you reading until the last page.
Just say no to French fries.
